Our Structural Drying restoration includes:

The "Emergency Drying System" simply stated is just that and is referred to as "Convectant Drying", or the process of manipulating temperature, air movement and vapor pressure to provide the most ideal condition for evaporation to occur. Conventional refrigerant dehumidifiers remove 25 to 80 pints of water a day (22 to 70 pounds). OurEmergency Drying System will remove 2,300 pints of water per day (2,000 pounds).

These systems can be used in both residential and commercial properties and is an "open drying" system utilizing fresh, outside air to aid in removing moisture, odor and contamination from the structure. They wil also continue to operate even under the most extreme weather conditions, from high humidity to sub-freezing temperatures.

OUr systems utilize a Computer Data Logger System that records humidity and temperature readings at regular intervals. Graphs and charts document the drying cycle on a timeline, showing evidence of proper and complete drying.
