On December 15 the YMCA of South Alabama, Inc., held a recognition Ceremony to honor you and the others who played integral roles in the timely refurbishing of our Moorer YMCA following Hurricane Katrina. We would like to acknowledge the significant part you and Ultimate Building Maintenance played in the success of our renovation. Thanks to the efforts and skills of many individuals and businesses responding to the structural devastation we incurred, the Moorer branch is now looking better than ever. Please
accept the plaque with our deepest gratitude for your assistance. I
would like to thank you for your effort and your company’s
fantastic performance. We were extremely pleased with the outcome
of the Disaster Recovery. Should we need your services for this
or any other future project, we will be sure to call upon Ultimate
Building Maintenance. Our
deepest gratitude for the way you dried and restored our buildings
following the aftermath of Hurricane Wilma. The parents and children
of the school are very appreciative. It is your expertise of documenting
the work to be completed and working with the insurance company
that allowed this project to move forward. You can be assured that
we will call on Ultimate Building Maintenance for future projects. We were told to contact Ultimate Building Maintenance and did so immediately and the rest is a very good story of great service by Ultimate Building Maintenance. A
representative of Ultimate was here the afternoon of September 8th
and the clean-up began a few hours later. The following day a crew
arrived to help with the removal of damaged items and the cleaning
of salvable items as well as the continuing cleaning of the basement.
The extent to which they helped is too voluminous to cover in this
letter. Let us just say that we do not think that we could have
been treated better and fairer by any company that does this type
